 Marie-Elise is a keynote speaker and freelance writer who inspires and encourages women to explore a deeper understanding of the sensual and sexual in themselves. She is a member of A.S.S.E.R.T (The Australian Society of Sex Educators, Researchers and Therapists), and is passionate about her work and role as an educator in the field of intimacy and sexuality. Within her speaking engagements and tele-seminars, Marie-Elise responds with integrity to the diversity of the topics that come up for discussion. Many women have a genuine desire to feel comfortable with their sexuality and to shake off the conditioning and elements of shame that have been thrust upon them by life. Her focus is on first becoming aware of who we are, then finding clear and open contact within our relationships and interactions. It is in the letting go of behaviours, thoughts and actions that no longer serve us, that we connect with our true self and with others at a more profound level. We do this in the act of sex itself. There is the letting go, the giving up, the surrender to pleasure - and in so doing, to the other. Sexuality is not against spirituality - it can enhance and include it.
